Coler LTC understands the importance of patients and residents taking the right medication at the right time. We have invested in packaging, technology, and our team of professionals to help eliminate medication related errors and increase accountability.
Compliance Packaging
All medications are packaged as a unit dose with administrative documentation to assure accuracy and resident safety.
Technology
We utilize state-of-the-art technology, Framework Software and Med-Synchronizations to help eliminate medication errors and streamline communication between the pharmacy and the facility.
Responsive Care
We provide regular, scheduled deliveries and emergency deliveries in case of urgent demand, eliminating the need to coordinate with a retail pharmacy.
Prior Authorization
Our team utilizes the Cover My Meds program to work directly with the physicians to coordinate prior authorization approval. We make the process effective and efficient.

Why Coler LTC
The Coler LTC mission is to help improve patient and resident care by partnering with community based facilities to provide support for patients, residents, and their loved ones by delivering timely service, exemplary products, unmatched customer service, and a seamless transition process.
Continuity of Care
When a facility decides to transition their pharmacy services to Coler LTC, we are committed to making the transition as seamless as possible. You will not experience changes in insurance or billing support. We also have uninhibited access to a compounding lab, DME and HME, and multiple pharmacy locations.
Med-Sync
Maintenance medications are filed at the same time each month, eliminating the need for reminders and ensuring the right medication is dispensed at the right time.
Refills and Prior Authorization
We will automatically coordinate with the physician’s office irectly for scheduled prescription refils and prior authorizations.
Access to Records
We have the technology in place to offer Integrated Medication Administration Records.
Ask a Pharmacist
Each facility has 24/7 access to Pharmacists who can answer questions and provide consultation.
Delivery
We provide delivery services throughout Ohio. We employ our own professional drivers, not a courier service, to ensure fast and friendly delivery while bypassing all standard mail services. Free delivery is available.
Custom/Personalized Medications
We have our own, state of the art compounding lab to ensure quality, timeliness, and to provide the best personalized medications at the best prices.
Training Services
We offer training and in-services for your employees in order to best support the causes that are important to you.
On-Site On-boarding
oler LTC provides a single-point-of-contact professional to manage the critical "going live" orientation period during which internal processes are established and implemented.

We utilize CareSuite for Assisted Living & Long-Term Care. CareSuite, renowned for it’s outstanding eMAR capability, provides reliable charting, behavioral management, ADL’s and inventory tracking.

Since July of 2007, Muskingum Residentials, Inc. has partnered with Shriver’s Pharmacy/Coler LTC to provide the pharmaceutical needs for our clients. As a provider of residential services to adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities, our clients often present unique medical needs. In addition, we operate under rigid rules and regulations governing documentation and dispensing of medications. The Coler LTC staff worked with us to not only meet those rigid standards, but to exceed them in every way.
