Free Vitamins Program

Because we care, Shrivers Pharmacy offers FREE prenatal and children's vitamins every month. Prenatal vitamins require a prescription.

Taken from age 2 to 18 represents an over $1,300 investment per child.

Giving Guidelines

Please allow FOUR weeks upon receipt of request for a response via e-mail and/or letter. No phone calls, please. All request for donation forms must be completed in full to be considered. By submitting a request for donation form, you agree that any donation received is not to be used for resale. All donations received from Shrivers Pharmacy are for the intended use and the organization as noted.
